Order Processing

We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary in certain situations — for example, if payment is incomplete, address details are missing, or during periods of high order volume. Should any of these issues occur, our team will contact you by email before continuing with fulfillment to ensure your order can be delivered successfully.

Shipping Times

For domestic orders (US), average delivery times are between 8-15 business days

For international orders, average delivery times are 12-18 business days depending on customs clearance.

Please keep in mind that certain external factors may occasionally impact delivery times, such as:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays or peak seasons

  • Carrier delays or logistical errors

While these circumstances are outside of our direct control, we will always do our best to keep you updated with the most accurate and timely information available.

Shipping Costs

All orders under $100 have a flat rate shipping cost of $9.95 USD. Orders above $100 will receive free shipping. Priority Insured Shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Taxes and Duties

All customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are fully covered by us. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay, with no additional charges due upon delivery.

In the rare event that a carrier or local customs authority contacts you regarding fees, please reach out to our support team and we’ll resolve it on your behalf.

While customs processing times are determined by local authorities and may occasionally cause delays, we handle all customs-related charges so you don’t have to.

Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order after payment has been completed, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist. However, because orders are often quickly processed and forwarded to our warehouse, we cannot always guarantee successful cancellation.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it will no longer be eligible for cancellation. In that case, you may proceed with a return once the item has been delivered.
