Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Items that are worn, used, missing tags, or not in original condition will be rejected and will not be refunded.

How to start a return

Email us at support@saintandvale.com to request a return. Do not send your item back without first requesting a return. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will email you the return address and instructions. We use different return addresses by region and will provide the correct one based on your location.

Return shipping and fees

You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

International returns and duties

For international returns, you are responsible for any return import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

If a return package is refused, abandoned, or returned to the sender due to unpaid duties or customs fees, the return will be considered not received, and no refund will be issued.

Sale items

Sale and discounted items are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-price items.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets eligibility requirements, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we received your return, contact us at support@saintandvale.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the item you have and place a new order for the replacement.

For exchanges, we provide free shipping on the replacement item and we will protect the price you paid (including if your original purchase was discounted). Contact support@saintandvale.com and we’ll handle it.

Cancellations and order changes

Cancellations are only possible before an order ships and cannot be guaranteed. Most orders ship within 24 hours.

If you need to change your shipping address, size, or variant, email us as soon as possible at support@saintandvale.com.

If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to start a return after delivery.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review and arrange a replacement.

Chargebacks and disputes

Submitting a chargeback does not cancel your order or replace the return process.

Refund eligibility requires the item to be returned and received by us first. Chargebacks filed before a return is received may delay resolution and refund processing.
